My favourite prompt in our positivity packs is Thursdays - Act of Kindness and this year's theme for Mental Health Awareness Week is 'Kindness', we didn't even know! So have think about what act of kindness you might perform next week, it really doesn't have to be major, something to help those especially right now, no doubt it will make their day and create a ripple effect which is the best part.
