CLEAR THE CLUTTER (OR HIDE IT)
Messy, cluttered spaces can make us feel overwhelmed and anxious. Tidy even a small area to work, focus, or just take some time for yourself, and you’ll feel much calmer just being in that space.

GET THE LIGHTING RIGHT
Harsh lighting can also increase feelings of anxiety. If your lighting may be a little harsh try adding a lamp or alternative, softer light source for an added sense of calm.
