This wheel represents the 8 pillars of well-being that we base all of our products on. Occasionally we swap one out as our weekly positivity packs are based on 7, but essentially these are your pillars we pay attention to within our lives to help re-align and measure our fulfilment, purpose and happiness. If these are balanced, you’re onto a good thing!

So, why not take a look at each title and write down everything that is working for you in that area as well as everything you know you can improve on...later, we’ll then work on actioning how. So here they are -

Gratitude - are you practicing daily?

Motivation - how do you get motivated?

Motivation - how do you get motivated?

Wealth - this is about finances and your emotional/relationship wealth, are you on track in both?

Kindness - do you actively make time to be kind to others?

Wellness - are you looking after yourself?

Familial - how are you serving you family/friends?

Organisation - are you fulfilling your organisation potential to make your life simpler?
