Why it’s important to think about your teams or clients mental wellbeing;
Many companies have embraced and initiated a mental health first aid division amongst their team, which is fantastic, however it doesn’t stop there.
Thankfully the world of business in changing and many companies have progressed in building a ‘company culture’ and prioritising the mental health and wellbeing of their employees first and foremost, especially now.
Whilst mental health first aiders are within companies now, we also need to provide daily tools to open conversations and practice daily mindfullness, which will in turn will create a positive mindset shift with the intention of supporting the mental wellbeing of employees.
We have created our renowned ‘positivity packs’ to do just this, simple tools that make big changes in day to day life. One simple thought process or conversation can be a powerful thing.
By promoting daily habits and positive mindset, you will be supplying the tools for employees to think differently and help them through any tough time they maybe facing personally or at work alongside your already established mental wellbeing support system, in turn creating a supportive and approachable company culture from the outset.

After developing a number of products now, our tried and tested packs have been recognised by psychologists, coaches, parents and everyday people like you and I. They create a small daily mindset shifts which form healthy habits to support mindset everyday of the year.
The workplace is changing, with many people working from home, a small desk 'companion' cheering them on in the sidelines could make such a positive difference. It opens conversations and is a good daily reminder to checking in with themselves and each other.

OPTION 1 - Bespoke Design Service
Bespoke Design fee
From concept to product development, print management and final product realisation.
£3,500 + VAT
Unit cost of Product
You set the budget for this - we can quote based on quantity and finish, with a clearer quote once we have the bespoke design.
We recommend leaving a budget of £8-£15 per unit (not exclusively) depending on complexity and quantities.
A note on budget, manufacturing and our ethical standards;
We ideally work with suppliers here in the UK promoting sustainable print and materials, this is where your budget will mainly go and this is more expensive than printing abroad, by a mile.
If you wish the unit cost to be very low, we may not be able to match the prices of production abroad, but as a side note, the higher the quantity the more possible it is to lower the cost. It is our firm belief we create sustainable products that are ethically produced and, where possible, here in the UK to support our creative industries.
OPTION 2 - Trade Service
A trade pricing structure to purchase Mantel’s existing products for your team.
What we do for you;
• Offer a trade discount on bulk orders
• If required, tailor made gifting solutions
• Fulfilment and delivery if required
What we need from you;
A simple decision as to which products you’re like to include for you corporate or employee gifting!
What will this Cost;
Once we know the quantity and which products you wish to purchase we will set up a trade account for you which will be a significant reduction on our retail pricing.
Tailor made gifting;
We can offer a gifting service using our existing products and complimentary products. We can discuss gift sets as per your individual requirements.
