The Positivity Pack
Our daily moods vary, some days you wake up with a spring in your step, others it maybe hard to get our of bed! Our mental wellbeing changes throughout days, weeks and months and that is absolutely how it should be, but sometimes we find ourselves needing a little bit of support for daily motivation.
That is where The Positivity Pack comes in, a pack focussing on mindful prompts to help adjust your mindset for the day ahead.
Each card contains a prompt to help motivate and inspire, with each day focussing on a different theme based around our 7 areas of wellbeing;

There are 91 cards in Volume one, that’s 13 weeks or a 1/4 of a year! That’s alot of positive momentum you can build in training your mind to think that little bit differently for a more balanced you.
They are housed in a beautiful box which integrates as a stand for the block of cards, simply lift the card each day and place at the back to reveal a new one.
